A Content Management System (CMS) is software that is installed on your web hosting account, and allows you (or the person maintaining your web site) to more easily make changes/updates without spending extra money.

Our CMS of choice is the award-winning JOOMLA! ™

Joomla is an Open Source community project, which means that there is a community or (mostly) volunteers that build and maintain it, and allows one to customize the code of CMS to better suit your needs.
There is also over 3,000 components, modules and plug-ins that one can install to extend your web site's functionality.

Our CMS packages include:

• Domain registration or transfer
• Installation and set-up of the Joomla! CMS and basic extensions
• Design and coding of Joomla template (PHP, CSS and JavaScript) with your logo and images.
• Setting up Sections, Categories and Articles
• Setting up of Menu(s)
• Setting up of News section
• Optional Image gallery if required
• Contact web form
• Setting up of email account(s)
• Standard Training on using the CMS
• 1 Month free hosting (on our server)

Extra extensions can also be installed and set up according to your specific requirements. (there is an extra cost for this that depends on the type and/or cost of extension)

CMS Package A: R3,500

Up to 10 pages and associated menu-items set up (including the Sections and Categories)
Note that the CMS allows you to extend your site with any number of Sections, Categories, Articles and menu-items.

CMS Package B: R6,500

Up to 25 pages and associated menu-items set up (including the Sections and Categories)
Note that the CMS allows you to extend your site with any number of Sections, Categories, Articles and menu-items.

CMS Hosting options:

Hetzner Standard hosting at R150 / month (or R1,500 for 12 months upfront payment)
Hetzner Advanced hosting at R250 / month (or R2,500 for 12 months upfront payment)

CMS Hosting option with monthly Maintenance:

It is important to note that a CMS (and the installed extensions) needs to be updated from time to time to fix security and other bugs.

Hetzner Standard hosting with CMS Maintenance at R350 / month
Hetzner Advanced hosting with CMS Maintenance at R450 / month

(you get the first month's hosting free with above packages)

Maintenance includes:

• Monthly Joomla CMS security updates
  Monthly security/bug updates of all extensions installed by us on your site
  Monthly back-up of your web site

Optional: Should you prefer the flexibility of a CMS package, but still want us to help you with site updates, please add R200 / month to above CMS hosting packages. (for up to 2 hour's work a month)

Special: Search Engine Submission package (worth R500)
We will submit your site to all major (free) local (ZA) and International Search Engines and Directories.
